This class is for anyone who would like to grow their ability to evaluate fresh roasted coffee. Half of this class will focus on basic cupping protocols and the other half will be hands on at the cupping table. If you’re a home roaster, we encourage you to bring a 16g sample of coffee you’ve recently roasted. If you’ve never cupped coffee before, no worries. This will be a fun time together.
This class will be led by Lou Nemeth, head roaster for Covabrelli Coffee.
