Anyone can roast coffee. But to grow your results requires a community of roasters to learn from. Lou Nemeth, owner of Covabrelli Coffee, is hosting this gathering to connect you to other home roasters in Thurston County. The big idea is that on our own we can do pretty good, but together great things can happen when we learn from each other. Rich Greene & Rebecca Cooper are also part of our teaching team. Rich has been home roasting on the Aillio Bullet for several years, while Rebecca was a prodcution roaster and green coffee buyer for Olympia Coffee Roasters. Coffee & light fare will be provided.
