Black Hills Espresso
If you’ve tasted our coffee before, then you know that our dark roasts try to balance a good French roast while not pushing the roast so ong that the unique flavors within the bean are completely lost. The coffee’s flavor is found within the oils. So it doesn’t make sense for us to roast coffee past the point where the oils boil out and turn to smoke. This blend seeks to be dark, yet full of life—just like woods up from where we live and work. Black Hills works well for both espresso and traditional brewing techniques. This blend consists of four single origin beans: Guatemala, Costa Rica, Bolivia and Ethiopia.
